06 - Documents

What the auditor asks for.

Issued with every order, not produced after the fact. If a document is not ready for a project, we say so before the order - that is cheaper for both of us than a certificate that arrives late.

Four documents

DOC 01 - Dimension sheet

Per-item width, depth, outlet position and build-up height, on one page per item. This is the sheet the installer sets out from, so it is drawn from the assembly, not from the model.

DOC 02 - Section drawings

Channel, box, separator, seal and floor junction at 1:5, in DWG and DXF so it can be dropped into the project drawing rather than traced.

DOC 03 - Material certificate

Heat number and alloy confirmation for 304 or 316, per batch. The number on the certificate matches the number on the part.

DOC 04 - Cleaning procedure

Lift, rinse, refit - one page, no tool list. It is the document that gets pinned to the wall, so it is written to be pinned to the wall.

Catalogue

The 2026 catalogue collects the two families, the two modules and the fixed parameters on A4 pages. Open the catalogue.

Held / not held

EN 1253 for the trapped range · ISO 9001 · heat-number certificates on every batch · WaterMark where the market asks for it.

Not held, and said plainly: EHEDG or HACCP International accreditation. Hygienic design here follows the principles on the rules page and is documented per order; certification is quoted per project, with the laboratory named. We would rather lose the enquiry than imply a certificate we cannot produce.

Structure only - not published

  • Sample PDFs of DOC 01 and DOC 04, redacted, to download directly from this page
  • A DWG library of standard sections, once the batch dimensions are locked
  • Which markets require WaterMark or cUPC for this range, confirmed per market
